Dr. Kofi attended Primary School, Barracks Road, Calabar and had his secondary education at St Patrick's College, Ikot Ansa, Calabar. He is an alumnus of the University of Uyo, where he obtained his B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D (Comparative Politics). He is presently a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. His research interests are in the areas of Comparative Politics, Public Policy, Nigeria Government and Politics, International Politics and Methodology. He has many publications, Local and International to his credit. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management Development. He is married and blessed with children.
